Discount
As a trade-only company, we offer special trade pricing to interior designers and other design professionals. We’ll work directly with you through the quoting process, pricing, customization, and all the details from start to finish.

Timing
Custom furniture takes time, and every piece has its own timeline depending on the design, materials, finishes, and current production schedule. We’ll give you an estimated completion date when we receive your material and keep you updated along the way. If you’re working toward a specific install, photo shoot, or project deadline, just let us know as early as possible so we can plan accordingly and do our best to make it work.

Customer Service
We really value the relationships we build with our trade partners. From the first conversation to the final piece, we’re here to collaborate, answer questions, and help bring your vision to life. We really enjoy the design process, and we want you to enjoy it too! Our goal is to make the process feel easy and fun, and we’re always happy to work through the details with you along the way.

Drawings
Because every project is custom, we provide scale drawings for approval before production begins. This gives everyone a chance to review the proportions, dimensions, and details, make any adjustments, and make sure we’re all on the same page before we start building.

Attention to Detail
We’re big on the details. From the initial design to the final piece, we pay close attention to every little thing to make sure the finished product feels thoughtful, well-made, and exactly what you envisioned.
